Workshop Information
Many of our valued clients requested training on our Decision Tree JE system, and
in response, Decision Tree has partnered with NexaRoot to offer an affordable,
high-quality training workshop.
Join us for an excellent opportunity to build or strengthen your job analysis and job
evaluation skills and develop your expertise with Decision Tree.
The course will cover the following:
Day 1- Provides a comprehensive introduction to Job Analysis, Design & Profiling and Job Evaluation, including its purpose, benefits, core principles, and guidelines.
- Covers Decision Tree's factors, validation guidelines, and system functionalities.
- Includes hands-on practical job analysis and job evaluation exercises throughout, allowing participants to apply their learning and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Focuses on active practice, requiring participants to complete at least six practical job evaluations to qualify for course completion certification.
About your Facilitator:
Sanet, founder and Managing Director of NexaRoot, has over 30 years of experience in job evaluation and Decision Tree, starting with the early implementation of JE Manager (now Decision Tree) and progressing to its customisation, training, and deployment across various industries.
